We are here to make sure you have a great experience browsing and buying artwork. Your feedback and questions are extremely valuable to us and we love to hear from you.

In accordance with the European regulations of 13 June 2014 and in view of the nature of the purchased products, i.e. custom-made artworks or performed with a certain perishability, it is not possible to return purchased items from Blue Fern Arts - Annemieke van Barlingen. Payment for our artwork is considered a non-refundable fee for the artists time and material costs in creating a piece.

Unless specifically noted otherwise, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Blue Fern Arts – Annemieke van Barlingen is not responsible for orders that have been lost, damaged or stolen once delivery has been verified and confirmed through shipping carrier tracking. In case no tracking was demanded by the buyer Blue Fern Arts  – Annemieke van Barlingen is not responsible for orders that have been lost, damaged or stolen once the package is handed over to the shipping company or Postal service.
